Yes — we bill most major Canadian insurers directly so you don't pay out of pocket upfront. Bring your insurance card to your first visit.
Do I need a referral from a dentist?
No. As an independent Registered Dental Hygienist, you can book with us directly. We'll coordinate with your dentist when needed.
How often should I come in?
Most adults benefit from a cleaning every 6 months. If you have gum sensitivity, braces, or other concerns, we'll suggest a schedule that fits your situation.
Do you see children?
Yes — we welcome patients of all ages. Children's appointments are paced to keep them comfortable.
What does the first visit look like?
A comprehensive assessment, a gentle cleaning, and a personalized plan — usually 60–90 minutes depending on your needs.
